Pendant trois jours aux Assises, des enseignants, chercheurs, journalistes, \u00e9tudiants, jeunes et passionn\u00e9s se sont interrog\u00e9s sur la d\u00e9fiance envers les m\u00e9dias et les journalistes. Parmi les grands sujets abord\u00e9s, celui des formations au journalisme, qu\u2019elles soient reconnues ou non.<\/p>\n
Si certaines \u00e9coles vantent la promotion de la diversit\u00e9 en leur sein, elles sont souvent accus\u00e9es de ne pas garantir la mixit\u00e9 sociale, perp\u00e9tuant ainsi l\u2019image d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lite\u00a0\u00bb au c\u0153ur des r\u00e9dactions.<\/p>\n
Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019acc\u00e8s sur concours et le suppos\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0formatage\u00a0\u00bb des \u00e9tudiants ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9s point\u00e9s du doigt. Les professeurs de ces \u00e9coles, parfois conscients des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s persistantes, seront, ces prochaines ann\u00e9es, charg\u00e9s d\u2019intensifier la diversification initi\u00e9e au sein des \u00e9coles. Sur au moins deux plans\u00a0: les profils et milieux d\u2019origine des prochaines g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de journalistes, d\u2019abord, mais aussi le processus d\u2019apprentissage lui-m\u00eame, qui doit s\u2019attacher \u00e0 respecter les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de chaque \u00e9tudiant. L\u2019enjeu\u00a0: former des journalistes aux profils et aux opinions vari\u00e9s, aptes \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n
